Career and Development Workshop
I was happy these two days with you all. The team games was very good and we learnt how to participate in a team together. I think this was the first time we participated in a competition where we have done our best in a small period of time. Our animator helped us in everyway. There was lot of enjoyment and we got information about our way for further studies. We learnt about words like Success, Personality, Character. We knew what is the team work. The team-games which were held these two-days were good and we worked hard to win.

It was a nice time with all of the team members.
It was well organized.
I liked it very much.
It was a chance to share our feelings freely and get good guidance. This was when I found out what I am & how I have to be or how I must go on in future.
It was very creative.
But I think some programmes at learn once in 3 months must be organised like this will really encourage us.
The fear in us is out and I am ready to fly.
I think free communication is not always possible but this was an great oppurtunity to communicate.
It was great time with all everything was justified and clear.
Team work which I thought was impossible for me is now what possible.

3. Impired with spirit to achieve any goal.
4. Courage to face any foreseen situation.
5. Different streams to settle our life.
6. How to compete with the competitive world.
7. Our animator was very good. He provided all the information about how to deal with the out world and about different streams which provides us more jobs.
8. We all enjoyed it and it was a nice program.
9. Decided to give the C&D workshop when we go out of Navodaya & get jobs.

CAREER WORKSHOP
I feel this career workshop has done a great job for us. Though we thought it as waste of time, Now we feel it’s worth while. This workshop has thought us a lot about team work. Management of time and taking good and right dicisions. We’ve got a right directions about using our man power in a team work.
This workshop has given us a idea, how to overcome the obstacles that come to us. It thought us to leave off our blinkers and see the world around and to extract the good theme from it. It thought the other will give us only the, they won’t open the door. It is we, who should open the door. All that is needed is HARD WORK.

I thought that I have no aims. But here In this workshop I really did not expected that I have my own talent. This workshop made me go forward and achieve some thing in life.

In this workshop, I really wandered that this workshop is good, it is encouraging our what to do in life. Here once Jeevan Anna was so good at acitivity and he was so talented boy. I did not try to dance & drama, I am so good at this career. I learnt group discussion and doing good opportunities duties. It was so nice.
