C & D workshop Sept 2006 - Feedback Part 1

After the completion of the C & D Workshop the feedback we received was satisfying. The feedback was very positive and we realised that the students of JNV learnt a lot in this workshop. All the feedback were collated and sent across to all the team members.

* We learnt what we must do as the members of the team, it taught us leadership, adventure and planning skills.
* It brought before us the whole world of carrers.
* I am sure that this workshop would change my way of seeing a team, the world and myself.
* It imbibed in us a spirit of a team and courage and confidence and what not!
* It was a wonderful experience – “ We got transported to an extra-Navodayan world for a couple of days”
* I at last express my gratitude to the alumni and promise to come back and see the buds in here with love when I will be a flower.

I sincerely thank all of the Alumni members for conducting the program fro sake of us. I am grateful to all of you and I will in future also for your sincere effort to make our future beautiful and colourful.
“Self development” program conducted by “Raj” was wonderful and amusing. I had learnt many things from the program and I will try to implement in my life upto max extent.
Totally, Career development program was beautiful, it was just mind blowing.
‘Rajesh’ was an energy booster for all of us. Our animator ‘Anand’ had given us courage to speak and interact with others.
We had expected many more things from you. Since, it is your first step these was something lack in the program and were not able to fulfill all our expectations.
I think you will be with complete information about career option, … etc.

It was an excellent programme here conducted by you and we all enjoyed the every minute of it. It was a nice experience with you. It would have been even more fine [not that it was not good] if you had even advised and gave the information by considering each individual’s interest fields. It was really a very good experience and we have learnt a lot of very much valuable things.
We have really got some confidence in our selves, we thank for bringing out an optimist out of ourselves.
We enjoyed the games and we all were reall happy spending this time with you learning all the academic work loads behind and being tension free.

This programme is really good for us. This prog. Enables us to know our values, explore our talents and what not. This will be 1 of my those prog which are very very important and special to me. This programme has made way for interacting views of all others in the team frame. It gives the imp value of team co-ordination | communication | planning etc in the group.
This facility has given enough information about all the career courses. We are very grateful to the Alumni Team for their planned prog . I was also delighted for the func planning that it had also some games set up for us. Some spiritual ideas to inspire and some moral education to seek and some talents to show out.
I want some more information about engineering courses like Electrical | Electronics and Biomedical engineering since I like these branches in the Engineering course. I want to thank all the members for this exciting, Humorous prog which has been arranged in the short span of time revealing out our greatest feats and glorious heights.
We always welcome you people once again and encourage you to have more and more career and development prog, to built the students out of fear and listening their wishes. At last once again we love you and be in touch with us and

I was having so many dreams about my future, about my motherland etc. etc. But there was no idea about it. The way was dark & hopeless. But our dearmost brothers and sisters (old students of JNVB) had organised a wonderful programme to get an idea about our career development. They made us to laugh by jokes, we enjoyed very much in camp fire by performaing skits, tribal dance. They told us about the importance of communicative skills, emotional quotient, characters, personality etc. They informed about the opportunities which are available in this compitative world. So I get an idea about my glowing, beautiful future. I get confidence about achieving my dreams to get succeed in life. So I grateful to my dearest brothers & sisters. They became our close friends by their friendly nature, smile, suggestions, the style of speaking etc. They taught that, we should not feel we are inferior, we are disabled, I am not capable to do this work. We are all God’s gifts. If we are ugly, the beautiful will be there behind that ugly by a story of coconut. By different games & songs they made this weakend very beautiful. Now I am having a courage, confidence to compit in this vast world. I am also God’s masterpiece, I am living on this earth with a purpose, to achieve my goal, to sacrifice for my Hindustan. We improved our knowledge about outer world, various courses, how to communicate & adjust with people. These 2 days will be my memorable days in my student life.
I also advice my juniors when I will stand on my own leg. I will serve my MathruBhumi with peace. This is not completed. How can I write? What can I write further. Because feelings are countless. When I think about this beautiful programme, vast number of pictures will come through my mind.

My Opinion On Career And Development Workshop
Dear Brothers,
First of all I want to say thank to Raj Sir who is the key person of this programme. This programme helped me a lot to evoke my talents. I have decided not to hesitated or step forward for the things which are coming in my way.
Till today I was fickle minded to what to choose as my career. But now I am determined. The workshop was was very joyfull. I never participated in any skit but in this programme I got a chance to participate.
The programme was very fantastic, wonderful, and excellent. I promise you that If I get a good job then, I will be grateful to you. Also I promise you that our batch will also conduct a programme like this.
I say crore time Thanks to this Alumni Association for conducting this programme and for guiding me.

First of all I would like to acknowledge all the allumni members fro this exciting and essential programme.
i) This programme provided us useful information for career planning from which many Navoday batches had been deprived of.
ii) We got the clear information of character which is the basic virtue of a human being.
iii) We learnt to expose our talents ignoring criticism and accusation.
iv) We learnt how to work in a team and various strategies to be followed, when we work in a team.
v) We really learnt many of the human values, which were printed on the last page of the file.
vi) I got an extra dose of courage and confidence.
vii) The autobiography of a coconut was a heart touching and a moving story.
viii) We are inspired by this programme and I would try to do the same in the future.
